FLAT FEES:
Real estate flat fees range for single properties from a low of $300.00 to a high of $2000.00. Fees fluctuate with the number of properties in a portfolio.
Personal Property flat fees begin at $175.00 which includes filing of renditions, appeals, negotiations of appeals, and board appearances when necessary.
CONTINGENCY FEES:
Contingency fees never exceed 33%. This fee is for one year only. Fees may be less depending upon the size and type of property assigned by the client.
COMBINATION FEES:
Combination fees start at $150.00 per property with a 20% contingency fee.
